Lite Give (“Lite Give,” “we,” “us”) is a product of Lite Raise, offered in partnership with FreeStar Financial Credit Union. • Information you give us. When you contact us or request access, we collect your name, email, organization, and anything you include in your message.
• Donation & giving information. When supporters give money, log volunteer hours, or record in-kind goods through Lite Give, we process the details needed to complete and receipt that contribution.
• Payment information. Card and bank details used for payments are handled through secure, PCI-DSS-aligned processing with our financial partner. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Usage information. Basic, privacy-light analytics (such as pages visited) help us understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and set up your organization.
• To process donations, volunteer hours, and in-kind contributions, and to generate receipts.
• To provide compliance checks, fraud protection, reporting, and payouts.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to deliver the service — for example, with our banking and payment partner to process transactions, and with the nonprofit you choose to support. We use encryption in transit, tokenization of sensitive payment data, access controls, and ongoing monitoring. Compliance safeguards (including KYC/AML and applicable data-protection practices) are built into how Lite Give operates.
